Natural Learning Initiative
NLI is an initiative within North Carolina State University, its purpose is to promote the importance of the natural environment in the daily experience of children, through environmental design, action research, education and dissemination of information.
As a UX/Communications Design Assistant I work in areas such as website design, publication design, publication graphics, video editing and more.
Grow Outdoors South Carolina
Grow Outdoors South Carolina (GO SC), an initiative launched in collaboration between the Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity Prevention and ABC Quality at the South Carolina Department of Social Services. GO SC is dedicated to enhancing young children’s access to quality outdoor environments within childcare settings, fostering holistic development through play and learning.
The brand re-design was quite a fun project for us as a whole communication team to work on. Trying to find the essence of what could be seen as playful and childlike while also adhering to the guidelines provided to us by the South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) and the south Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH).

Agrivoltaics project
The Agrivoltaics project at W.C. Breeze Research & Education Farm is actively researching the potential of vertical bifacial solar panels to optimize energy generation and agricultural productivity.
There were two main components to this project. The first was a visoning workshop which discussed ideas for an agrivoltaic installation at Breeze Farm in Orange County. The second being a video to show the Breeze Farm as it is currently and explain to potential investors what agrivoltaics is and what the potential could be for the Breeze Farm should they choose to invest.
PDF for the visioning workshop was designed by me and reviewed by the rest of the design team with minor changes made. The 3D model present in the report was also created by me.
The video was my first foray into video production. Footage (sans drone shots and cut-in footage), animated diagram, and editing were done by me.
